Although having to wait can be very frustrating, try your best to think about how you are waiting. This week, make a mental list of all the beauty around you as you wait.
Be mindful of how you spend your days. If you can recognize your bad attitude, so can others. Next time you are in a bad mood, take a deep breath and smile. It's amazing how a smile can transform a negative feeling into a positive one.
